How soon can I book an appointment?
We typically schedule appointments within 1–3 business days of receiving your quote request. To prepare for our technician's arrival, simply ensure that the room where the item will stand has enough clear space for us to work efficiently. We handle the box unwrapping, tools and the packing material clean-up.
What types of furniture and brands can you assemble?
We assemble virtually any item that arrives in a box. Our expertise extends beyond standard home furniture (from brands like IKEA, Fantastic Furniture and Amart) to include complex assemblies like home gym equipment, racing simulators and shed storage. If it comes flat-packed, we can build it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer simple, secure payment options upon the successful completion of the assembly. You can pay via Bank Transfer (EFT) or with Cash. Payment is due immediately after the job is finished and you have inspected the final build.
What happens if something is damaged?
Our Zero Build Callbacks commitment means we guarantee quality work the first time. In the extremely rare event that an item is damaged due to our assembly error, we will take full responsibility for its repair or replacement.
How is your pricing structured and are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate. The price you are quoted consistis of our call-out fee and the expected time for the assembly. After the first hour, we bill in 15-minute increments. We believe in a transparent billing and ensure no hidden fees.
